Together with the HR Team you will further develop and implement a HR-strategy in order to guarantee a sustainable growth of the business. You act as a sparring partner for the Austrian management team in terms of people & culture management as well as change management.

  • Develop and implement an effective HR-strategy to support sustainable business growth
  • Lead the HR team in the field of recruitment, training&development, performance management and administration management
  • Act as a strategic partner to the senior management in all HR related topics to drive the organizational development
  • Overall responsibility for all HR-related administration processes (especially legal & compliance topics)
  • Continuous exchange with regional and global peers
  • Define and plan the budget
  • Develop and implement HR-Management processes
  • Further responsibility for the Quality Management Team (especially in terms of GDPR) and Health, Safety & Security Team

  • University degree, preferably in the area of Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar function, ideally in a multinational company
  • At least 3 years' experience in leadership and team management
  • Solid know-how in operational HR functions (recruitment, training & development, performance management, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of the Austrian labour law
  • Excellent German skills and very good English skills
  • Dynamic personality with hands-on mentality and a solution mindset
  • International experience and strong intercultural skills
  • Driving license and availability to travel
The annual gross salary foreseen for this position is 70000,00. An overpayment based on qualification and professional experience is possible.
