Local Information Security Officer (m/f/d)

The Local Information Security Officer serves as the subject matter expert and process owner of ongoing activities designed to secure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee and business information, in compliance with ManpowerGroup’s current and future information security policies.

This position is part of ManpowerGroup’s Southern Europe regional Information Security Team, reporting to the Regional Information Security Officer, and is responsible for Switzerland and Israel amongst other countries.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implementation and monitoring of corporate IS policies, policy changes and key controls in the assigned countries
  • Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive enterprise information security and risk management program
  • Close collaboration with the Information Security team, country management and Global Information Security office
  • Facilitate IT risk analysis and establish risk management processes to achieve acceptable levels of residual risk
  • Monitoring of IS related risk exceptions
  • Providing corrective action plans and remediation efforts in response to security events, defects, assessments & audits
  • Drive information security programs in the assigned countries
  • Manage all relevant IS metrics specific to the region and countries as needed
  • Provide early and timely detection, reporting, escalation and remediation of IS risks and outstanding issues
  • Manage security incidents and events to protect ManpowerGroup technology assets

Your Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in Information Security, Risk / Control & Compliance, IT Analysis/Design
  • Bachelor?s Degree in computer science, business administration or a technology-related field, Master?s Degree preferred
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages, e.g. German or French, is a plus
  • Holds industry respected certifications (i.e. CISSP, CISM or similar)
  • Profound knowledge of security related methodologies (i.e. ISO, NIST, COBIT, ITIL)
  • Experienced in Risk Assessment methodologies such as IRAM, CRAMM and IS1&2
  • Experience with common security technologies (i.e. Vulnerability Scanning, SIEM, Encryption, Data Loss Prevention etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate in diverse environments and cultures; willingness to travel
Salary Information

The annual gross salary foreseen for this position is 70000,00. An overpayment based on qualification and professional experience is possible.
