VP Finance (w/m/d)

  • Lead cash flow forecasts, liquidity & annual budgets and quarterly forecasts at Group level, apprising senior management of potential issues and financial trends
  • Lead Investor Relations with Shareholders & Key Debt providers, i.e. investor reporting, relationship management
  • Lead capital calls from Shareholders, elaborate dividend strategies and ad-hoc request from Enery’s shareholder
  • Lead and set-up construction controlling
  • Lead financial due diligence financial advice on new project opportunities, including acquisition due diligence, integration and financing for potential M&A and development projects
  • Ensure integration into our finance system of new acquired assets and developed project
  • Lead treasury, including liquidity management for development, hedging of key FX & interest risks
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Drive performance of FP&A and Group Controlling, developing individuals and supporting them to achieve their targets


  • +5-10 years’ experience in roles of financial modelling and analysis, business planning and budgeting
  • Strong experience in managing end to end financial processes and delivering change and improvement
  • Advanced Excel abilities and outstanding financial modelling skills
  • Exceptional people and influencing skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
  • Enthusiastic personality with can-do attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage numerous activities simultaneously
  • Ability to work well in a lean and flat organization and team-oriented environment
  • Flexible, open-minded and enthusiastic team player with an international mindset


Offered Remuneration:

We offer you a full-time position (38.5 hours / week) in the Finance Department at headquarters Vienna. The monthly gross salary starts from € 5.000 (full time basis). The actual level of remuneration depends on your qualifications and professional experience. We value your expertise and are permanently aware of market references to design attractive packages.
