- Speaking French on native- level (C2)
- At least 2 years of experience in the support (1st level support, Call Center or similar areas)
- Experience in leading a team
- Understanding of SLA process
- Experience with customers
- Well structured and solution oriented team player (w/m/d)
- Good command of English
The annual gross salary foreseen for this position is 35800,00. An overpayment based on qualification and professional experience is possible.
